("EVP Systems"). EVP Office is licensed to the general public, including registered EVP Systems' customers, ("users") under the following conditions:

• Users are responsible for all costs incurred during the use of EVP Office, and are subject to monthly billing by EVP Systems. A list of fees is available upon request, or from EVP Systems' Web site, at http://www.evpsys.com/evp/fees.html.
• Users may freely reproduce and distribute EVP Office. No limits are placed on the number of installations or concurrent users that may exist at one time.
• Users must upgrade their copies of EVP Office at EVP Systems' request. Notification of an upgrade requirement will be made available on EVP Systems' Web site (www.evpsys.com), via mail, or as an EVP Office error message.
