EVP Office 9.1.3 is a minor release, and you probably don't need to upgrade unless you want any of the features or fixes listed below.
Features
- Name Preview is now on by default
- The language around the PDF cover sheet has been clarified, and both merged and report-only options are now available from the Print Preview

Fixes
- Rounding is now done with a decimal floating point library, to eliminate corner-cases with binary floating point rounding
- Long filenames now wrap more gracefully in dialog boxes
